  • Shipping & Delivery

    Vfiber, Inc. packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier. All products shipped by Vfiber, Inc. are insured for their full value. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, do not accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) to the freight driver and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable; it is the amount that you paid for. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount that can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Vfiber, Inc. under no circumstance shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

    SHIPPING / BACK ORDERS

    We try our best to maintain a good stocking level of all performance/body-kit parts we carry. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your back order, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If your product is not on backorder, allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Special order(s) take 10-15 business days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless Vfiber, Inc is at fault.

    DELIVERY

    1. At time of delivery, INSPECT THE PACKAGE THOROUGHLY. Merchandise signed for without any damages notes on the delivery receipt is assumed to be delivered in good condition and customer waived all rights to the claim.
    2. If damages are spotted, you MUST note clearly on the delivery receipt at time of delivery while the delivery driver is still present as the witness in order to file damage claims.
    3. Damaged Claims must be made with the freight carrier and noted on the delivery receipt.
    4. Original receipt must be presented for credit or exchange. NO RECEIPT NO REFUND.
    5. Any refused shipment sent back to Vfiber, Inc. does not constitute the right to any refund credit.
    6. If customer refused shipment, Vfiber, Inc will deduct the delivery cost and return shipping cost from the refund, in addition to 20% restocking fee.
    7. Customer will forfeit all deposits for any merchandise that is not picked up after 30 days from the original invoice date and invoice will be deemed null and void. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

  • Returns & Replacement


    1. Authorization to return or exchange products must be obtained from Vfiber, Inc in advance and must be made within 5 (five) days of receipt of merchandise.
    2. A return RMA form must be signed in order to validate the return.
    3. Pictures for defective parts / doesn't fit must also be received within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so will forfeit your privilege to return or exchange the products.
    4. Once your order has been shipped and you simply change your mind, a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee will be deducted from the refund after the products have been returned to our facility.
    4. There is no restocking fee for returns or replacement made within 5 days of receipt, provided that parts are still in original packaging untouched, unopened, and unused.
    4. If you are not satisfied with our products you may ship the product(s) back in original packaging to exchange or request a refund minus 20% restocking fee.
    7. Shipping fees are not refundable and paid for by the buyer unless shipper is at fault.
    8. Products altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged unless permitted by the Seller.
    9. All products that are approved for return after 5 days of receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Ordering

    All electronic and internet orders placed through this site could take up to 48 hours to process Vfiber, Inc. shipping department. This will affect ground and air shipments. We strive to process your order as expediently as possible, and most orders are processed the next business day, after we receive the electronic transmission, but due to internet congestion and ISP server errors, sometimes the electronic transmission takes up to 72 hours to transmit. Vfiber, Inc. is not responsible for delays in ground shipping by the freight carrier.

  • Payment

    All orders must be prepaid by Cashier’s Check, Certified Personal Check, Money Order, PayPal, Western Union, or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover). No COD in any form will be allowed. Company checks are accepted upon Vfiber, Inc. credit approval application. Prepayment made by regular company checks and personal checks will be held until they clear before merchandise can be shipped. International shipments must be prepaid in US dollars by means of Wire Transfer. Returned Checks / Bounced Checks will be charged with a $45.00 Returned Check Fee (Per Incident) and the company written the check will be liable for 3 (three) times the value of the check written.

  • WARRANTY & LIABILITY

    Seller's sole warranty for each product sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. Seller gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller will not be held liable for any damages that are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.

    BODYKITS AND SPOILERS

    Buyer understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased from Vfiber Inc. All products sold and manufactured by Vfiber, Inc. are considered aftermarket in most states. The buyer understands that some of the products we offer are intended for off-road use only. It is recommended that you check with your local state laws before you order any products to see if they are legal for highway use in your area. Buyer fully understands that because of strict State Safety and U.S. federal guidelines, Vfiber, Inc, is not responsible or liable for any damages and/or possible injury incurred upon possible accident due to driver error, bad judgment or incorrect installation. All aerodynamics kits are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

    FIBERGLASS AND CARBON FIBER

    Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber products made of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased directly from Vfiber, Inc. Not all carbon hoods sold by Vfiber, Inc. are perfect and may have minor scratches on the surface. Please keep in mind that there's no perfect fitment like the OEM for all aftermarket parts. Vfiber, Inc. are not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailer. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/technician install and paint any hoods/body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any body kit/hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough which it cannot be repaired, you must contact Vfiber, Inc. immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims. Seller does engage in selling after-market items and buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Seller is not held accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. All engines, exhausts, intakes and other performance modification parts are legal in the state of California for off-road use only.
